Brimmy: Feelings Diary
A private diary for your feelings. Name what you feel in a couple of taps, see your week at a glance and bring real examples to your next therapy session.
Need help? Write to hello@stanmash.dev. We usually reply within two working days.
Please don’t send the contents of your diary — we don’t need them to help you.
If you are in crisis or think you may be in danger, call your local emergency number or open “Need help right now?” in the app’s Settings. Brimmy does not replace professional help.
Where is my diary stored?
Only on your iPhone. Brimmy has no account and no server, so we can’t see or restore your entries. To keep a copy, use Settings → Save Backup.
How do I move my diary to a new iPhone?
On the old iPhone, open Settings → Save Backup and save the file to iCloud Drive or Files. On the new iPhone, install Brimmy and open Settings → Restore from Backup. Restoring adds entries from the backup and never deletes anything. Your diary also moves with a regular iPhone backup or transfer.
How do I restore Brimmy Plus?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings → Brimmy Plus and tap Restore.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Brimmy Plus → Manage Subscription in the app, or the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is free?
All your entries, the weekly summary, the therapy session PDF, backups, spreadsheet export, Face ID and crisis help are free. Brimmy Plus adds monthly, 3-month and all-time reports and PDFs for any period.
Face ID doesn’t work
If Face ID fails, iOS offers your device passcode. You can turn the lock on or off in Settings → Face ID.
